We understand that administrative delays can happen. To protect our existing clients from immediate service suspension, VPSgrid implements a 7-day grace period for all recurring invoices.
How it Works:

Due Date: Your invoice is generated before your service renewal date.

Grace Period: If a payment is missed, your VPS will remain active for 7 days past the due date.

Suspension: If the balance remains unpaid after the 7th day, the system will automatically suspend the instance.

Termination: Prolonged non-payment may lead to data termination; please ensure your contact email is up to date to receive automated reminders.
